Certificate to Foreign Government

You will need a Certificate of Foreign Government Apostilled for the export of medical devices that can be legally marketed in the United States of America that are in compliance with the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) If you will be exporting products from the United States of America to a foreign country that is a member of the Hague Convention. Foreign customers or foreign governments are often required to supply a Certification to Foreign Government issued by the United States Department of Healthand Human Services, Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This Certification certifies that the product is in compliance with United State's laws or meets specific United States regulations. In addition a review of the the Certificate of Export may also be required from the foreign country as part of the process of importing a product from the United States.
Once the original English Certificate to Foreign Government is properly prepared you can mail it to us to be Apostilled. We can also provide Certified Translation Services into the language required by the Country of Designation. Here at Ezra Notary and Apostille,
